Veal entrecôte with a excellent bottle of Pardas Roja 2011 from weinbastion, my favorite wine shop. Light body with a lot of red berries fits beautifully to the light meet as veal is, wine contains still a punch of tannins which works with fat in entrecôte cut. Sumoll variety is was not familiar to me but this works well. This is a great value wine with price of 15,90€. 93pts in Robert Parker´s Wine Advocate.
