Saturday evening home meal this time: Spring lamb with excellent Pintia 2010 from Toro Spain. this Tempranillo came with 15% alcohol so it was a bit strong to spring lamb even wine was mature already. Veal entrecôte with a excellent bottle of Pardas Roja 2011 from weinbastion, my favorite wine shop. Light body with a lot of red berries fits beautifully to the light meet as veal is, wine contains still a punch of tannins which works with fat in entrecôte cut. Sumoll variety is was not familiar to me but this works well. This
Saturday 2nd of July – Wife, me and our wiener dog at Iso Vasikkasaari. The sun is shining and we had a half-size bottle of Jacquert rose champagne with us. What a beautiful glass of raspberry for that moment! Excellent value wine (Alko) with price of 18€. This was also normal size bottle in Alko´s order selection sometime ago
