Veal entrec\u00f4te with a excellent bottle of Pardas Roja 2011 from weinbastion<\/a>, my favorite wine shop. Light body with a lot of red berries fits beautifully to the light meet as veal is, wine contains still a punch of tannins which works with fat in\u00a0 entrec\u00f4te cut. Sumoll variety is was not familiar to me but this works well. This is a great value wine with price of 15,90\u20ac. 93pts in Robert Parker\u00b4s Wine Advocate.<\/p>\n
